To make our team as successful as possible, Vision always equips them with the boats, vehicles, facilities, tools and equipment they need to do the job at hand.
Placencia Marina & Office
Vision’s recently constructed marina and office warehouse directly adjacent to the Placencia airstrip was a major investment but one that was needed to properly support the various private islands they manage and Vision’s daily operations.
This is now our base of operations, with our local management team and concierge working out of this office. Our team of boat mechanics and property maintenance staff also work out of the workshop facility located on the property.
Being so close to the airstrip allows us to pick up guests in custom golf carts and quickly get them onto the awaiting boat to transport them out to the islands.
texas Warehouse & Logistics
Having a warehouse in Texas ensures we’re able to store and ship high quality building materials as well as furniture, appliances and other home decor easily to Placencia.
Full-time conceirge
Vision employs a fulltime concierge that works with guests prior to arrival and during their stay to plan the menu with each property’s chef, book excursions, spa treatments and meet guests upon arrival in Placencia.
Marina & Boat mechanic
The salt air and usage from short term rentals can quickly take its toll if a proper maintenance plan is not in place and performed by a qualified staff. Keeping each property maintained to a first-class standard requires a trained and dedicated full time staff of boat and vehicle mechanics, electricians, a/c techs, and handy men to ensure each property is always at its best when guests arrive. With even the best laid plans things can still go wrong. It is at these times that having an in house team is critical to address the problem and make things right for our guests as fast as possible.

Vision Properties Belize has assembled and trained over the years a great construction team that is available for large projects and major repairs when needed. Crews are trained to United States building standards to deliver a safe and reliable finished product.
